We started with two things: cheesesteaks and subs in Spokane, Washington. That was 1990. Fresh rolls baked daily. Quality meat. No frills, just good food made right.

Since then we added fries and started smashing burgers — and yeah, those took off too. That's also when Bruchi sauce was born, and people haven't stopped talking about it since. The huckleberry ice cream either, for that matter.

Everything's made the second you order it — no heat lamps, no shortcuts. We're not trying to be a chain. We're not trying to be trendy. We just want to make something you'd actually drive across town for.
